Green Schools is a 501(c) 3 Non-profit Organization, whose mission is to create Greener & Healthier learning environments through education and awareness. Green Schools makes the connections between having healthy bodies + a healthy planet. Green Schools offers a number of educational programs and resources for schools looking to Go Green and stay green! Topics addressed through programs: Conservation, Sustainable Schools, The Three R's (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), Reduction of Toxins, Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), Pollution Reduction, Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energy, Green Building, Green Living, Environmental Education, and Nutrition.
